I talk a big game about agriculture and food sourcing, and all that. Many of you might be asking yourself what exactly do I think I’m doing. Good question. I’ll get back to you.
I thought it might be a good idea to share with you what I do know. That’s honey. It’s the only food I can speak about from farm to fork, as they say. And since I will be spending the next few months becoming keenly aware of my own incompetency and ignorance, then sharing it in a public forum, I thought it might do the ol’ ego some good to indulge in some shameless self-promotion.
